On September 29th, the MSDC Board awarded the Construction Management Contract for Phase 1 of the Moynihan Station Project to STA Joint Venture (a Joint Venture of STV Incorporated, Tishman Construction Corporation of New York, and AECOM USA Inc.)

Based on the criteria as described in the RFP, the evaluation committee recommended the following seven (7) firms to be placed on the list of pre-qualified bidders for the Construction Contract for Phase 1 of the Moynihan Station Project:

• Yonkers Moynihan JV (Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc. and F.W. Sims, Inc.)
